How do I contact you with questions regarding invoices, payments, and billing for workshops and video trainings?

How do I verify my email address after registration?
An email will be sent to the address you used to register. Click on the verification link to confirm your account.
After creating a new account, you will receive an email with the subject Please verify your email address.
Click the Verify and Accept link in this email to confirm and activate your account. This step is required for all new accounts.
How can I verify that I am enrolled in a workshop?
You will receive a confirmation of enrollment right after the registration (payment) is complete. Additionally, you will receive email reminders and logistical information prior to the start of the session.
Can I pay in installments?
Not yet but soon. We are kicking-off the payment installment program by October 2021.
Can I apply to be a subject matter expert (SME) or co-moderator for one of your trainings? Can I write articles as a guest author for your blog?

Do you offer 1:1 Coaching & Mentoring programs?

In special cases, I offer pro bono coaching & mentoring. However, these services are only offered in combination with a publishing contract for the story.
What happens if I can’t participate in a workshop after enrolling and paying for it?
The workshops are usually limited to 10-15 attendees. This means that once you enroll in a course or workshop, your spot is closed to other prospective participants.
You can unsubscribe from a workshop 30 days prior to the launch-date for free. If you unsubscribe 14 days prior to launch-date, a payment of 50% of the original price is due. We‘re unable to provide any refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course or workshop.
